David Pulley, Psy.D. - President and CEO of  Diamonds In The Rough Consulting.

Dr. Pulley is from Philadelphia PA., and has been dedicated and devoted to making a difference in people's lives since childhood.  He soon realized that he had a knack for helping people; particularly those within his family and social circles.  He always enjoyed listening to others and providing helpful insights.  From these realizations he made a choice to follow the path of Psychology. 

David now has his Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. He decided to turn some of his professional training, experiences and philosophies into a business that draws on principles of social psychology, cognitive/affective psychology and industrial/organizational psychology (IO) in order to improve marketing strategies for businesses and individuals. Diamonds In The Rough Consulting specializes in brand awareness, client acquisition, public relations, and developing creative and unique events that assist with marketing initiatives. DITR represents several clients in the Tri-State, DMV (Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia) and mid-west areas. Diamonds In The Rough Aims to enhance the visibility of the value of all it's clients by using social psychology to bring a unique polish to their current marketing strategies that makes businesses more noticeable by their targeted populations.

Dr. Dave has become known as an innovator in business and relationship consulting. He uses his doctorate degree in clinical psychology as a tool to bring the unique skill of balancing social psychology with business concepts to market modern day business solutions.
